Marcia Darvin Spada is owner of the Albany Center for Real Estate Education, a New York-licensed proprietary school and Cram for the Exam, a website that provides practical real estate exams for New York. A professional educator and nationally known real estate author, Marcia teaches real estate and has developed curricula for numerous real estate courses widely used in colleges, real estate–related organizations, and proprietary schools throughout New York. Marcia holds a BA and an MA in English from the University at Albany and a BS in Real Estate Studies from Empire State College. She is also a member of the Author’s Guild.
