John P. Wiedemer received his degree from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Throughout his long and prestigious real estate career, John gained extensive experience in sales, owned businesses, brokered mortgage loans, sold real estate, taught real estate classes and authored numerous books. He also contributed to the real estate education profession through his long-time involvement in the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) and leadership in the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association (TRETA).

Keith Baker is a full time faculty and program coordinator of the Mortgage Banking and Financial Services program at North Lake College after working in the specialty finance, insurance and mortgage banking industry for 30 years. His research interests are the advancement of due diligence and transparency in the mortgage industry. In 2009 and 2011 Keith was a speaker in the Czech Republic and Austria on residential real estate finance and community college technical education in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arkansas Tech University, a Master of Science in Financial Services from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University and a Graduate Professional Certificate in Community Bank Management from the Bank Administration Institute's School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
