If for any reason the product needs to be returned, please pack the books or unopened CDs along with any packing slip and invoice (if applicable) and send it to:

Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. There is no restocking fee.

9 months from date of invoice for current titles and 3 months for old editions and out-of-print titles

6 months from date of invoice for current titles and 3 months for old editions and out-of-print titles

Custom

limited to 20% of invoice quantity on returns, 3, 6 or 9 months from invoice depending on what type of account

Colleges, Private Schools, Retail & K-12: Yes, if not provided try to locate. If not available no credit will be issued & books sent back at customer’s expense.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited toward your account to be used on your next order, unless otherwise specified.

What needs to be returned for credit

Need copy of packing slip and invoice.

Shortages, damages, or defective product claims

Customers must notify us within 30 days to receive a return authorization letter. Customer will then have 30 days from letter date to make a return

Overstock returns or Course Cancellation Policy

No authorization letter needed, but needs to state it is an overstock return or Course Cancellation on invoice or packing slip with returned books.

Returns Shipping costs

Customer pays for shipping cost to send books back, when refunded only refund cost per book, not shipping; unless pre-authorized by customer service due to a publisher or warehouse error. If books are sent to a location other than the warehouse, customer will be charged for shipping from that location to the warehouse.
